2012 Campground Rates

All sites are based on electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi.

- Wooded Sites w/30 amp $43.00
- Wooded Sites w/50 amp $50.00
- Preferred Sites w/30 amp $48.00
- Premium pull through sites w/50 amp $60.00
- Pull Through w/50 amp $55.00
  All fees subject to change.  

- Prices based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 yrs of age.
- Extra persons $6.00 per day.
- Visitors fee $6.00.
- Visitors may not bring dogs.
- Holiday reservations extra $5.00 per night
- Early arrival fee before 2:00 pm is $20.00 only if the site is available.

Cancellations/Refunds

- A handling fee of $15 will be deducted from all cancellations provided notice is given at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a 1 to 7 day reservation.
- 8 to 14 day reservation - notice must be given 14 days before scheduled arrival date.
- 14 day reservation or more must give 30 days notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Cancelling after required notice will result in forfeiture of deposit or your credit card will be charged.
- Late cancellation or failure to arrive on scheduled arrival date will result in no refund and automatic forfeiture of site reserved.
- Deposits are non-transferable... party to party, nor year to year.
- Holiday reservations are nontransferable and non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
- You expect us to hold reservations for you, we expect you to pay for the total time reserved.

If you make a reservation to stay 6 nights the 7th night is free.  Please advise at the time of reservation you are staying the 7th night.

Make a reservation starting any Sunday and stay 3 nights and receive the 4th night free. This offer can not be combined with any other offers, no holiday weekends, only at selected sites and based upon availability.
